Common questions
How do I restore my subscription?
Open Settings in Flashley (the gear on the Looks tab) and tap Restore purchases, or tap Restore at the top right of the plans screen. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel Flashley Plus?
Cancel in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Flashley, then Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from Manage subscription in Flashley’s Settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before your plan renews to avoid the next charge.
How do I get a refund?
Request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles every payment and decides refund requests, so we can’t issue refunds ourselves.
How many photos do I get, and when do more arrive?
Flashley Plus includes 30 photos a week. They refresh every 7 days, counted from the day your subscription started. Flashley’s Settings shows how many are left and the day more arrive.
A photo failed. Did it count against my week?
No. A photo that fails our quality checks, including the check that it still looks like you, never counts against your week. Try again, or try another photo with your face clearly visible.
I already used my free preview. Can I get another one?
No, each iPhone gets one free AI preview, and it stays used even if you delete and reinstall Flashley. To keep making AI photos, subscribe to Flashley Plus.
What does “AI looks are booked up” mean?
It means today’s free AI previews have run out. Subscribing still works, film looks keep working, and free previews open again the next day.
The result doesn’t look right. What can I do?
Turn the effect slider down for a subtler look, or try a photo where your face is clearly visible and not too small in the frame. If something still looks wrong, email us the look’s name and what happened.
How do I delete my data?
Photos on our servers delete themselves: your upload within an hour, results within 24 hours. To clear your iPhone, open Flashley’s Settings and tap Delete all my photos. For anything else, email us.
Which iPhones does Flashley work on?
Any iPhone with iOS 17 or later, with an internet connection.
